The Traffic Club of Baltimore stages its 99th annual dinner at Martin’s West, and it honors this year’s Transportation Person of the Year, David W. Stambaugh III. Stambaugh is the general manager of the Baltimore Maritime Exchange.

The evening, which also features a “Las Vegas Night,” begins with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:4 p.m. Black tie is optional. Tickets are $85 per person, and $800 for a table of 10. The proceeds benefit the Traffic Club’s scholarship and community programs.
